  The eyebrows moved up at their outer corners now. It was seventh chakra, crown chakra aka Sahasrara in Sanskrit. Its body anatomy was ready to dissolve itself by aligning the side-wise portions of the two jaws with each other. It happened through both of them moving up and down in order to align properly. While moving the eyebrows up at their outer corners, the new postural maneuver had to maintain the space between them raised up too. This was what had happened while opening the third eye chakra. While aligning jaws in their width, I found that the central portion of the two jaws didn’t lose their alignment. It had achieved this alignment as the third eye chakra had gone dissolved. As it happened, the two lips widened out like they do when they kiss a sexual partner with full passion.   Collar bone stuck to the neck turning the scapula IN. It was the fifth chakra, the blocked throat chakra called Vishuddha in Sanskrit; its body anatomy ready to dissolve itself by easing the stiff neck through relaxing the habitually contracted pectoralis major keeping the neck stiff in a debilitating manner. The maneuver twisted the elbows OUT directing them away from keeping touching the torso on its sides and thus creating a distance between the two. In fact, the entire length of the arms had twisted right from the shoulders to the hands, shifting the thrust of centering the hands from the mount of moon to the mount of Venus. As you dissolve your chakra, the pressure exerted over the lungs by a contracted thoracic diaphragm gets released, and they go free to inhale and exhale full. The respiration goes smoother and calmer. As a result, the heart gets more supply of the purified blood and functions smoother too. But it is not limited to that only. Their association extends to stomach as well. As the stomach releases its hold over abdomen, it comes on its own; bereft of any support it was taking from below. The raised thoracic diaphragm started moving back now. It was the third chakra, the solar plexus chakra called Manipura chakra in Sanskrit; that was ready to dissolve itself with its backward motion taking the thoracic diaphragm horizontally back while maintaining its vertical height that it had gained while dissolving the sacral chakra just below it. Again in this maneuver too, the care was to be taken that the hips would not push them forward; or else the entire maneuver would have gone distorted. It wasn’t easy. The muscles supporting the lower back contracted to their maximum in order to stretch the thoracic diaphragm. And it was not only in its center which it had done while dissolving the sacral chakra; but in the middle of its sides, both left and right. It was really not easy. The abdomen would really be tucked tight at the Hara. The stomach area above the belly button would protrude outside. Thus it made room for the lungs to expand freely as much as they could. Sacral chakra, when closed, blocks 2nd chakra’s free energy of Kundalini flow that has either been freed along its route through the root chakra below, opening its gates to its flow; or else the little trickles of it that have escaped around the closed gates of the chakra below. It’s not that all the seven chakras are always 100% closed. In fact had they been so. life energy would have left our body with its no supply passing through it. It was the second chakra – the sacral chakra – this time, called Svadhisthana in Sanskrit and its body anatomy, which had come into the action of dissolving its complex, rigid musculature around the sacrum. Sacrum is a bone resulting from the fusion of two or more vertebrae between the lumbar and the coccygeal regions, in humans being composed usually of five fused vertebrae and forming the posterior wall of the pelvis.   I came to sense my first chakra, the root chakra, called Muladhara chakra in Sanskrit, getting dissolved in its body anatomy around my pelvic area and in my lower back exactly at coccyx, the pointed base of the spine. It felt like some muscular tension was releasing in the entire area that stayed covered under the panties. This muscular tension was keeping it contracted in a very complex way. As it released itself from its self-imposed contraction, I sensed a splurge of relief. I also sensed a surge of energetic thrill enveloping the entire area. The different body parts in the area had, in a postural way, reorganized themselves in relation to one another. Kundalini awakening through kundalini yoga was nothing else but dissolving chakras alone, I learned. As my body jumped into a new postural state, temporarily dissolving all the seven of them through the length and breadth of it on December 12, 2004; I immediately sensed a surge of energy rising up through my torso toward my head. And the next moment, as my body jumped out of its new postural state, the surge stopped moving upward too.
